The parser log file does not retrieve the path from the standard API, which will break in MU installation

In new installation, xLanguage will give out noise with something like this:

Warning: fopen(/...abspath...//...abspath.../wp-content/uploads/2008/05/xlanguage-parser-11793487541692340144.log)

Fixed in v1.3.3, r44242.

A new variable 'parserlog2' has been used so also making downgrade passible.
